Hot Chickpea Caesar Salad

 Inspired from my old favourite Cajun Chicken Caesar when I ate meat.



Roasted Louisiana Chickpeas:

1 Can of chickpeas

Dry roast in salt pepper and light olive oil 20 minutes at 350

Mix with Louisiana hot sauce and roast another 20 minutes.

Serve on your favourite caesar salad

The BEST Vegan Banana Bread


 


1/2 Cup Margerine

1/2 Cup packed brown sugar

2 Flax eggs

1/2 Tsp cinnamon

1/4 Tsp nutmeg

3 Defrosted mashed bananas

1 Tsp vanilla

1 Tsp baking soda

1 1/2 Cups flour


Directions: Combine wet and then dry ingredients to wet. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
